This initiative is designed to amplify diverse voices across the energy sector, by firstly providing mentorship on topics like public speaking, networking and personal brand. Our members directory ensures those with expertise to share has a platform to do so.

A variety of voice and expertise are crucial in shaping the future of UK energy. Right now we're missing out on a diversity of perspectives which could mean missing out on future energy leaders too. We want to change that.  

Whilst our focus is on empowering women in the energy sector, we welcome everyone to join us. We welcome all to join the community, whether it's through taking our masterclasses, or providing mentorship.
